We do not offer any refunds, exchanges, or credits for any services or products purchased from us.

2. Subscription Services

All subscriptions to Cinestry services are non-refundable. Once you subscribe and make a payment, you will have access to the service for the specified duration. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription period.

3. Digital Products and Content

All digital products, such as video content, tutorials, and other downloadable or streamable media, are provided on a non-refundable basis. Once the content is purchased or accessed, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

4. Refund Mode and Duration

In cases where refunds are required by law, refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer). Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund.
